Using your account

3.1 Will you save my address details for future orders?

When you place an order with us you will automatically be given an account. The details you enter into the account will be saved so that you won't need to type your billing and delivery address details into our system every time you place an order with us. Please note that we do not pass your details on to any other companies at any time.

3.2 Will you save my Credit Card details for future orders?

We do not save your credit card details online, or record these details manually, as we would prefer that you check out securely online each time you place your order.

3.3 Will I be able to see my order status in my account?

When you log into your account you will be able to see the status of your order, generally you will see the following terms; Pending (Awaiting Payment), Processing (Awaiting Despatch), Sent to Warehouse, On Hold, In Dispute, Complete or Cancelled. If you check your status online, and are unsure whether your order has the correct status, please contact us by telephone and we will personally look into your order.

3.4 Will I be able to see my previous orders in my account?

Within your account you can check on all current orders and see all the details of previous orders including the order date, despatch date, product details, billing addresses, delivery addresses and order values.

3.5 Will I be able to track my order from within my account?

Unfortunately, you cannot currently track your order from within your online account. This is something we are working on and we would like this feature to be available in the near future.

3.6 Will you sell my account information to a 3rd Party?

Absolutely not. We never sell or discuss customer details with anyone. Any information contained within your account is private and personal.

3.7 Will you send me spam emails, newsletters and details of special offers?

You have the option within your account to sign up to our Newsletters and Special Offers. So if you would rather not receive either emails, then simply untick the box and you will not hear from us apart from when you place an order and receive your order, payment and despatch details.
