Ordered a Fire pit on-line and got exactly what I ordered.

There was no postage on this item and it was handed by the company to UK Mail within the times expected but, although I did not pay for the service, I was disappointed that UK Mail did not deliver as expected.

Tracking the item showed that it was put onto a van on the day it should have arrived but then went back into the warehouse undelivered for some reason and was delivered the following day.

Also, if I am being picky, the email from White Store contained the words 'The courier we have used is noted below, followed by your personal tracking number'. The personal tracking number was not included in the email and was found with some difficulty on the White Store web site making things slightly more difficult than necessary.

All of that said I was satisfied with the procedure and process and would certainly buy from the site again.

What a great idea, we have stayed outside chatting nearly every night until gone 11pm, (sorry neighbours) what a great buy, sturdy and big enough to generate enough heat to keep warm, would recommend 100 times, the heat logs work a treat as well, although it is nice to throw logs on as well.
